Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options within Australia:
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- FREE on orders over $199
- $11.49 on orders under $199
Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
- $14.99 for all orders
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.

Return Timeframe
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at glampoutoz@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
